  • How many employees do I need to qualify for group health insurance?
    Generally, you only need two full-time employees to qualify for a group plan, and one can be the owner. The second employee however cannot reside in the same household as the owner.

  • Can I offer different plans to different employees?
    Yes. Many employers choose to offer tiered plans or contribution levels based on role or length of employment.
  • What if my team includes remote or part-time employees?
